Refund policy
MariiCustomz is the customer point of contact for eligible returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligible non-custom products may be requested for return or exchange within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and in like-new condition with original packaging.
- Prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization are required before shipping anything back.
- Approved refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is required because of our error.
Custom-built, prebuilt, made-to-order, etched, special-order, used, installed, modified, or damaged products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Verified manufacturing defects remain eligible for applicable warranty service.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be cancelled after fulfillment processing, label creation, production, or custom work has begun.
Warranty Requests
Warranty coverage varies by product and fulfillment partner. MariiCustomz will help process eligible claims. Photos, videos, proof of purchase, and troubleshooting may be required. Product warranties do not cover installation labor, diagnostic fees, vehicle downtime, rental vehicles, towing, or damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, modification, collision, misuse, or unauthorized disassembly.
