Shipping policy
MariiCustomz products may ship directly from approved fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-order products typically begin processing within 1-3 business days.
- Custom-built, prebuilt, special-order, backordered, and third-party products require additional processing time. Typical production may take 2-8 weeks or longer during busy periods.
- Expedited shipping changes carrier transit time only and does not shorten production or processing time.
Shipping Charges and Delivery
Available shipping options, free-shipping eligibility, and charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before fulfillment. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Some products may require an additional shipping invoice if supplier-direct or oversized-item costs exceed the checkout estimate; customers will be contacted before fulfillment.
International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges.
Address Changes and Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment processing or label creation begins. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect a package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact MariiCustomz if tracking appears stalled or a package is lost in transit. Replacement shipments are subject to carrier investigation and approval. Report shipping damage within 5 calendar days of delivery and before installation. Include clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, and damaged product, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
