Warranty Returns and Cancellations

<p>MariiCustomz will be the customer point of contact for eligible warranty, return, and exchange requests. Coverage varies by product and fulfillment partner. The coverage confirmed on the product page or order confirmation controls.</p><h2>Limited Warranty</h2><ul><li>Standard LED lighting products generally include a 1-year limited warranty for verified manufacturing defects.</li><li>Custom-built and prebuilt headlights or tail lights generally include at least a 1-year limited warranty. Some products may qualify for longer coverage when specifically stated.</li><li>Warranty service may involve troubleshooting, replacement components, repair, store credit, or a comparable replacement.</li><li>Photos, videos, proof of purchase, and completed troubleshooting may be required.</li></ul><p>Warranty coverage applies to the product only. It does not cover installation labor, diagnostic fees, vehicle downtime, rental vehicles, towing, or other incidental costs.</p><p>Warranty coverage does not include improper installation, incorrect wiring, modification, physical or collision damage, misuse, cosmetic wear, water submersion, or unauthorized disassembly or resealing.</p><h2>Returns and Exchanges</h2><ul><li>Eligible non-custom products may be requested for return or exchange within 30 days of confirmed delivery.</li><li>Products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and in like-new condition with original packaging.</li><li>Prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization are required before shipping anything back.</li><li>Approved refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.</li><li>Original shipping charges are non-refundable.</li></ul><p>Custom-built, prebuilt, made-to-order, etched, and special-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Verified defects remain eligible for applicable warranty service.</p><h2>Cancellations</h2><p>Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be cancelled after fulfillment processing, label creation, production, or custom work has begun. Contact MariiCustomz as soon as possible with the order number to request assistance.</p>
