Shipping and Lead Times

MariiCustomz products may ship directly from an approved fulfillment partner. Items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-order products typically begin processing within 1-3 business days.
• Custom-built, prebuilt, special-order, and backordered products require additional processing time. Typical production may take 2-8 weeks or longer during busy periods.
• Expedited shipping changes carrier transit time only. It does not shorten production or processing time.
• Availability and estimated lead time may be confirmed after an order is placed.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and charges are shown or confirmed before fulfillment. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment processing or label creation begins.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

Contact MariiCustomz if tracking appears stalled or a package is lost in transit. Replacement shipments are subject to carrier investigation and approval.

Shipping Damage

Report shipping damage within 5 calendar days of delivery and before installation. Include clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, and damaged product. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
